Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to BD Spa service. By accessing our website, communicating with our management, or booking any Spa service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our facility.

2. Booking & Appointments

All appointments at our premium Bangladesh Spa are subject to availability. We highly recommend booking in advance by calling or messaging our manager, Mr Apple, via WhatsApp. Walk-ins are subject to room and therapist availability.

3. Health and Medical Conditions

Your safety is the priority at our Spa In BD. Prior to your treatment, it is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or pregnancies. Our certified therapists will tailor the session accordingly, but BD Spa service is not liable for any adverse reactions related to undisclosed health conditions.

4. Code of Conduct

We operate a strictly professional clinical wellness and physical recovery center. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or requests for non-therapeutic services will result in the immediate termination of your session without a refund. Our therapists maintain the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

5. Right to Refuse Service

BD Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violating our code of conduct, or failing to adhere to our arrival protocols.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
